Time Management is the key to gaining control over your working and personal time. Managing your time allows you to get on top of your work, and will get you to start being on top of the work load with reduced stress.

Time is money and lots of it gets lost in disorganization and disruption. We are in the 4thIndustrial Revolution and have to deal with a constant barrage of technology, people, and tasks that can contribute to that disorganization. Many people find that they flit from one task to another, trying to get everything done, but in reality not actually finishing all the tasks to the best of your ability, and putting yourself under stress. You will learn how to make the most of your time by getting a grip on your workflow and office space, using your planner effectively, and delegating some of your work to other people.

Keeping things simple is the secret to good time management. We first need to identify trouble spots then implement time saving techniques we know we will stick to.

Module 1 - Organizing Priorities – Starting with You.

What is Time Management? Self-Management? Understanding your organizing style? Self-Assessment.

Module 2: Organizing and Staying Focused.

The execution of tasks must be done using organise structure efficiently and effectively manage your time. Defining and identifying areas of stress.

Module 3: Planning & Meeting Deadlines.

The hallmark of successful time management is being consistently productive each day. Essentially, planning is nothing more than recording the tasks and associated steps that you need to take throughout the day to ensure that your goals are completed.

Module 4: Setting Effective SMART Goals.

If you are not able to achieve your goals in the time that you’ve initially set, you need to either look at your work ethics or to look at the time that you set yourself to achieve the task. Are you setting SMART goals?

Module 5: Processing Work Faster & Delegating.

One of the hardest tasks that you need to learn is that of delegation. This should free up a lot of time for you to do more productive tasks. A lot of people find this one of the most difficult things that they have to do as a manager. We always think that we can do it better and faster, and in the time that we take to delegate the task we could have of done it ourselves. Planning tools, Dealing with interruptions and saying No.
