JAG Training
Just About G trainers and the team or individual being trained establishes common goals with respect to the training results. This ensures that everyone is part of the process. Our previous work assignments has shown that if participants are not involved in the process, they will not buy the actions or the outcome. The first key to this is that our trainer becomes a partner with the your team to ensure that they have a mutual goal and common interests. The type and style of the training may depend on learning styles and the nature of the objective or goals.

Just About Coaching & Mentoring
By coaching business owners and executives, we assist them in defining their WHY and coach them to take consistent, structured action towards their vision and goals thus creating inspirational results in their business and personal lives.

What to expect when being coached by us:
Preliminary Strategy Consultation~ R1,250 [$90]
This is a discounted, pre-requisite 1 hour initial session to:

Marketing or Business Strategy Sessions ~ R1,500 [$100] per 60-minute one-on-one session by phone or video When you have a limited number of specific marketing or business strategy issues to address in order to move your business or project forward, but don’t feel you need ongoing partnership at this time. Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed. This option doesn’t include email/voice mail access in between sessi>
Focused Coaching ~ R2,800 [$190] per month for two 60-minute one-on-one sessions by phone or video, plus limited email/voice mail When you have a related set of business or marketing issues to address. This is the most affordable option for ongoing support. A limited number of emails or quick phone calls in between sessions are welcome and included in this fee. A three-month commitment is recommended but not required. Most clients choose to continue our coaching relationship for six months or more, or graduate to occasional Strategy Sessions after several months have passed.
Strategic Coaching ~ R3,800 [$260] per month for three 60-minute one-on-one sessions by phone or video, plus unlimited email/voice mail When you have a wide-ranging set of business or marketing issues to address, or need to move forward quickly. An unlimited number of emails, quick phone calls, or documents to review in between sessions are welcome and included in this fee. A three-month commitment is recommended but not required. Most clients choose to continue our coaching relationship for six months or more, or graduate to Focused Coaching after several months have passed.
Intensive Coaching ~ R11,600 [$800] per month for ten 60-minute one-on-one sessions by phone or video, plus unlimited email/voice mail When your business or project requires extra or rapid attention, or you’d like me to work with one or two other members of your team as well as yourself. An unlimited number of emails, quick phone calls, or documents to review in between sessions are welcome and included in this fee.
VIP Coaching Days ~ R8,700 [$600] for a full day face-to-face in Gordon’s Bay, Cape Town. When you’d like to make a powerful leap forward in addressing marketing or business strategy issues by spending a full day working one-on-one with me. I’ll provide the meeting space and buy you lunch.
